Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Honda JDM Imports website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Vehicle Purchases

All vehicle purchases are subject to a Binding Vehicle Purchase Agreement. Prices listed are in US Dollars and do not include shipping, customs duties, compliance modifications, state taxes, or registration fees unless explicitly stated.

3. Deposits

A 10% deposit is required to initiate the import process. Deposits are non-refundable once the vehicle has been purchased at auction or the import process has begun. If Honda JDM Imports is unable to source the requested vehicle, the deposit will be refunded in full.

4. Import Process

Honda JDM Imports operates as an NHTSA Registered Importer. All vehicles are imported in compliance with federal regulations including FMVSS, EPA, and DOT requirements. Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed due to factors outside our control (shipping delays, customs processing, parts availability).

5. Vehicle Condition

All vehicles are sold AS-IS unless otherwise stated in the Purchase Agreement. Vehicle descriptions and photos are provided to the best of our ability. Buyers are encouraged to inspect vehicles in person or request a detailed video inspection before purchase.

5a. Limited Powertrain Warranty

Each vehicle sold by Honda JDM Imports includes a limited 1,500 km powertrain warranty covering internally lubricated engine and transmission components only. Coverage begins at the time of buyer possession and expires upon the vehicle reaching 1,500 km of use post-delivery, whichever comes first.

This warranty does not cover: wear items (belts, hoses, filters, brake components, tires, clutch friction materials), routine maintenance items, electrical accessories, audio/infotainment systems, cosmetic condition, damage caused by overheating, misuse, abuse, racing, improper fluid levels, accidents, or damage incurred during transport. Pre-existing conditions disclosed in the auction grade report or vehicle description are also excluded.

To make a warranty claim, the buyer must contact Honda JDM Imports within the warranty period, provide evidence of the defect, and allow Honda JDM Imports the opportunity to inspect or arrange inspection of the vehicle. Warranty remedies are limited to repair or replacement of the defective covered component at Honda JDM Imports' sole discretion. Final terms are controlled by the written Binding Vehicle Purchase Agreement signed at the time of sale.

6. Payment Terms

The remaining balance after deposit is due upon vehicle arrival and before title transfer. Accepted payment methods: wire transfer, cashier's check, cash, money order, and PayPal (5% surcharge applies to PayPal). Vehicles will not be released until payment is received in full and cleared.

7. Title and Registration

Honda JDM Imports will provide a clean title and all documentation necessary for state registration. The buyer is responsible for state registration, inspection, and any applicable state taxes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Honda JDM Imports' liability is limited to the purchase price of the vehicle. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any vehicle.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or a vehicle purchase shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Crawford County, Arkansas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
